Double acting remote valves leak

/ Double acting remote valves leak #2
The valves use Orings between each section #17, either the nuts and studs that hold them together are loose #2-#3 or the Orings are bad, or both now.

Thank you. I will check that out as soon as I'm able to access it.

It is possible (but awkward) to check if the studs/nuts are tight from under the tractor without removing anything. But any disassembly or close inspection will probably require removing the seat. Of course there are also the hydraulic lines to the remotes but the main flow is contained in the valve stack (you have two, right?). The valves are stacked with o-rings between them and there is an end plate that closes off the last valve.

This will be very easy (snug down the nuts on the studs) or fairly hard (remove seat, maybe rear wheel, clean and replace o-rings, reassemble). I guess it is possible that a valve is leaking at the actuator, which is on top of the valve.

Since I need to do major repair on the seat and fender due to rust, I've decided to remove the seat first. It's a slow process. Every single nut and bolt is rusted and has to be cut out. I don't have a torch and must cut them out with my air tool. This may take a while.

Good thing my neighbor offers me the use of his tractor so I have some time to fix my tractor. I might as well take this opportunity to do some restoration work while fixing this leak.

Thank you ritchey. That would be very helpful.
Last night I only had enough time to cut the 8 bolts and removed the top part of the ROP. Hopefully I can get the seat off today.

I assume removing the ROP was part of your other maintenance. It's not required for working on this valve.
