well.. after reading page 3 of this thread.. i don't feel so odd about mowing my yard wearing boxer shorts, gloves, a straw hat, cowboy boots and sunglasses.

I don't feel so bad about wearing a bathing suit and tee shirt either. It is so hot this time of year that I jump in the swimming pool and get on the tractor while still dripping wet and repeat the process as often as necessary. Of course if I am bush hogging virgin territory I wear jeans and a long shirt

Comfy pair of shorts, a loose shirt, leather boots and a good hat. Too darn hot for jeans most of the year.

I always wear my Bib overalls (Carhartt), T-shirt, New Holland hat, and I never wear anything but steel toed boots (RedWing).

If I'm doing alot of tractoring I wear an old t-shirt, jeans, work boots, and an Allis Chalmers ball cap. If I really mean business I wear sun glasses and an old button up denim shirt with the sleeves tore off. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I'm new to tractoring but my covering of choice is T-shirt, blue jeans, my trusty steal-toes, ball cap (towel under the cap if it is ridiculously hot) and ear plugs when I remember. And the jeans and T-shirt are well ventilated. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif I should have worn a dust mask Saturday. Nothin like turnin into the wind and getting your clippings blown back in your face. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
