Diverter valve Vs. True third function

I wouldnt do a diverter for the simple fact that nearly every time when I'm moving brush with my grapple I need to scoop the pile then roll the open grapple over the top, then come down on it and close the grapple. I have it connected to a rear remote and it's kind of a pain in the ass.
