Discount web hosting?

Can anyone recommend a discount web-hosting service? I need to setup a new website for a new business venture. Currently I pay $19.95/month at earthlink for another site I have(which isn't bad), but was wondering if anyone knew of any equally as reliable, but less expensive options?

I use Hostway. I have both a Windows-based server (my personal site) and a Unix based (my church's site). While they have both been very reliable, the Unix based one has the edge. I use FrontPage 2002 to maintain them.

I use Aplus.net. I selected it because it was CNET Editor's choice and it costs $9.95 a month. So far, they have been flawless. They also have a $5.95/mo plan.

The reliability has been excellent and it is very inexpensive. I wouldn't recommend them for someone looking for a lot of support but I put up my first website without too much trouble.

Ipowerweb has been good for me, $7.95 per month. Yahoo is also a good choice.

I have yet to find better service and up time for $7.95 per month if you pay a year at a time. Site speed has been great, better than I expected. Support is ok, takes about a day to get replys. Well worth the money. I tried the higher priced host options and went back to Ipowerweb, I could not tell a differance in speed by paying more. The best support I have gotten from a "budget" host was from Myacne: web page

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. After q quick peruse of the various offerings, I went with Aplus.net. Good price (went with the 9.95 plan) and a really nice, set of webtools to manage the account. Looks like a winner to me....and at 1/2 the cost of what I was paying for another account.

I hope to have my site up and running this fall.
