It's not a few discs missing, but one whole gang. Needs the frame, bearings, axels, and all. It's unusable as is, seems to me.Scrap iron price.
When replacing the missing discs be sure to measure the diameter of the existing disc to match.
Towner discs are pretty good. We have a huge set that weighs 4000 pounds and we pull it with a small dozer for forestry site preparation.Scrap iron price.

Typically these need a lot of added weight to dig in and require some hp to pull.
I have a set of Towner discs. 50-70 yrs old with steel transport wheels. I added a 55 gal barrel of water to make it dig in.
I gave $400 for it in working condition. Then I replaced the hand crank with a cylinder to raise and lower the wheels.
I don't know who would pay that for that !? But they deserve what asked for. Maybo OP should cut his in half and double the price?As compared to this.
