Rake Did I do OK? Rake content

New tractor user, but I just picked up an older york rake with wheels(smaller) that have a crank adjustment on them. It's a 6 foot, paint is decent, even on the tines. Trivial rust. $360 cash and carry

Thinking it's about 20 years old or so, it was used on a Kubota 6100? 24 horse or so, old straight stack.

I'm thinking that my 2620 should handle it ok, I was originally looking for a 5', and when I went to pick this up, it turned out to be a 6'

I'm thinking this is the tool for me to remove rocks and medium stones with tree roots (stumps pulled with BH) to clean up for yard and garden space.

You did good. I prefer older implements as a general rule, they are made/built better with better material.

Great buy on what looks like a solid rake with gauge wheels. The gauge wheels are a $250 option on many rakes and don't adjust as easily as your crank system.

I was originally just looking for a simple rake, but then this one was listed on ebay, within driving range and I think I lucked out. The cranks move very well and the seller just hit them with a little oil before I came up.

The wheels are a lucky find/addition on it.

I swear I saw the same one just sell for around $800 from NY on ebay, slightly better condition.

Anyways, I'm curious as to how old this thing is..

If I can ever get pulling my BH to a science and easier, I'd probably change implements more often.

Can't see the benefit of a grader blade, I already have a 4' united BB, could probably stand to be a little heavier, but better than the TSC stuff. Got a leftover from a dealer here with paint fade and small rust spots. Anyhoo, I did watch the York video a few times through to watch it in action.
