I needed a filter, so I went to my nearest dealer. They seem to have replaced most of the staff and are much more consumer friendly than when I was shopping.

No hassle for not buying from them. He even offered to bring parts to my place (an hour away).

Anyone else notice any changes at their dealership?

No offense, but thos was in the TYM section specifically because my question applied only to TYM dealers. Sorry for the confusion. I appreciate the reply.

I have pretty much always had a good relationship with my dealer. They seem like they will go the extra mile to keep me as a customer.

IDK my dealer wouldn't call me back when I tried to buy filters.
I'm looking for a good place to purchase the small parts I will need in the future.

Luckily I haven't had to go to my dealer for quite a while. They are always friendly and helpful, a shout out to Jordan Sales. (y):)
I use jorden sales also..great guys and prices arnt ridiculous. I especially like their new store. Jorden is a TYM/Kioti dealer in north idaho. Sells online and ships also.
