D2500 glow plug

silly question, how do i heat up/engage the glow plug? does the key go to the on posistion, or do you turn the key to the left?

OK, got my answer u turn it backwards....

On my MT180D I turn the key to the left and generally when real cold (like yesterday, -25c) I wait 'til the coil under the little window cage glows red.

The glow coil is parallel to the plugs therefore letting you know what the plugs are actually doing.

She started OK, mind you I had it plugged in for about 45 mins prior.
