ltx 1050vt
I have a Cub Cadet ltx 1050vt. The trans fan broke eventually forcing my trans fluid out of the reservoir. I replaced the fan and refilled the reservoir. It worked fine for a short time (3 hrs.) but pushed all of my fluid out again. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

tranny fan only serves to cool the tranny - has nothing to do directly with pumping fluid. If you are losing all your fluid, something else is allowing your tranny fluid to escape, most likely a seal leak or such. Also, you may want to have a conversation with the tranny factory service people - that reservoir you mention may well be an expansion reservoir for handling heated vs. non-heated oil when the tranny is being worked had. You can get the info off the tag on yer tranny.
And - also find out the procedure for how to purge the air from a re-filled tranny...
