Cub Cadet electric steering

our LGTX 1050 electric steering has become erratic when turning to the right. I can't find any info on servicing these units. Anyone ever worked on the electric gearbox? Now that winters here, I have a chance to pull the gearbox and get it on the bench. A replacement is $600-$700.

Major update!! While tracking down part numbers from the electrical diagram, I found the Cub Cadet Professional Shop Manual for LTX models, all 278 pages of it!:cool2: It's listed as a user manual, but it's a shop service manual, and it has all the service procedures for the electric power steering!:cool2::cool2: I probably overlooked this manual because it's listed as the user manual, not the shop service manual. Now I'm ready to get this mower in the shop and get at it.!:dance1:
