Not to rush ahead. How are you going to deal with the water coming off the roof at the cottage side? Maybe you already talked about this, sorry if so.

More progress
Able to get mauka gutter installed, except for end that will tie into tank. I used 3/4x51/2 pvc board for fascia. Mixed thoughts on that.

Too windy to attempt placing roof panels, maybe tomorrow.
and wife’s errands of course.Now is the time to dig a trench, install a drain tile and backfill with gravel. You will be glad you did. Even if you don't care about it rusting out, in short order water will start seeping in and you will have mud inside you building all the time.
