Control unit leak hydraulic

i have this leak from the top of this unit the rusty looking bolt/plug I put a bit of jb weld on the top but that didnt fix it I cant remove the top section with the 3 nuts as one goes round and round and wont undo Any ideas?

Those 3 nuts should be on through bolts that run the full width of the stacks.
The plugs may need a sealing ring or o-ring.

Now i know its a plug One of the nuts turns with the bolt wont undo wont tighten Not sure of my next move can the plug be removed from the outside?

The "plug" should unscrew from the block. Most of the time the through bolts have nuts on both ends. If you loosen a through bolt you can blow out the o-rings that seal between the sections.

cheers mate I wondered if there was a nut on the bottom and then it was pouring
