Control Pattern change on a BX 25

Need help controls on the backhoe are backwards to what I have learned on. I believe they are CAT (SAE) now and would like to change to Deere (ISO). I could re-train my brain but would rather change the hoses. I'm sure it's easy. Can anybody point me in the right direction?? Thanks so much in advance.
