Financing CNH Capital

I have been having serious issues with CNH Capital. Has anyone had problems with their financing and or the Insurance they provided. Specifically any promises, conversations or documentation from any CNH Capital America Representative that they did not honor, they modified or proved to be misleading in form or fashion. If you have had any direct communications with any senior officer of CNH Capital please PM the specifics to me. Thanks
