CC was running grat. Shut it down for about an hour and it Wont start. New battery. Just goes CLICK. Take foot off break it wont click. Get off seat it wont click. So I guess these 2 saftey switches are working. Where else might I look? Thanks

Bad ground connection or solenoid went bad. Try jumping it with a old screwdriver at the starter. Just make contact between large and small terminals for a second to see if the starter will turn over.
Found problem. Took off engine cover. Watched starter. Everything was wworking but still not turning over engine. Thought it ran out of oil and froze up. Checked oil. It was OK. I then tired to turn engine over by hand. It was stuck. I gave it a little harder turn and it came free. There was a little rust on the flywheel, so i wire brushed it and its running good now.
