Can't stop email notifications

I recently started getting email notifications of responses to my subscribed threads. I didn't make this change. I went in and confirmed that I was only supposed to get notifications on the site. That didn't do the trick. I went in and stopped all notifications and I still got the emails. I America now deleting my subscribed threads which is unfortunate. Can y'all help. I assumed it must be a site wide problem but finding no previous thread on it, perhaps it is only affecting my account.

I don't get notifications for threads which I unsubscribed to and do get notification for others.

Set up another email account and have all the garbage go into that then check and clear it out once a month.

After each visit to TBN, go into "My Thread", delete all subscriptions.

Please don't, that makes it harder for those of us who want to get email notifications.

Instead, go to https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription&folderid=all
That will list all of your subscriptions, click the checkbox at the top to select all threads on that page:

Any threads that say "None" will show up in your control panel, but not send you an email.
Any that say "Instantly" will send you an email as soon as someone replies to them
Any that say "Daily" will send you an email once a day
Any that say "Weekly" will send you an email once a week
Then go to the bottom of the page, open the dropdown, choose either "Delete Subscription" or "Through my control panel only" and click the "go" button:

You will need to do this for every page of subscribed threads (or, at the bottom of the "new post in thread" email, click the "To unsubscribe from this thread, please visit this page" link).


To change how you subscribe to future threads, go to https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions and change the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to "Through my control panel only", or "Do not subscribe"
Then scroll down to the bottom and click "Save Changes":

Yes what Aaron said is the correct way. Marking them as spam or junk is why people have issues with delivery.

I can't get e-mail notifications.

How about PM notifications? I will go in and read them, but still get another notification every time I open another thread /forum. Only way to stop is if I log out for a while, even then it's a 50/50 shot that they will stop. Usually not until the next day.

I turned off e-mail notifications.

When I want to check if there are any replies to subscribed threads, I click the bookmark for "my Home" on the computer.
