Can you hear the block heater when it is plugged in?

Every time I go and plug my block heater in on my TC30 I can hear it, It sounds like something sizzling (antifreeze!). It is full up - I topped it off a month ago, The fluid color is good, green. I replaced the thermostat and temp sensor a year ago. It does not overheat, the fluid level stays up. I don't see a problem, but I don't like hearing sizzling. Anyone else
have this?

Completely normal. When you don't hear it, investigate.

I always get in close to be certain that I can hear the sizzle. Confirms that both ends are plugged in, the circuit is on and the ground fault protection has not been tripped.

Used to be able to hear them. Today that's a memory.

Yup, don't worry about that sizzle. I am hoping to hear that very sound tomorrow morning when I plug my newly installed heater for the 1st time!

Yep , just the heating element coming to life .Quite pleasing when it is cold and you are going to need your tractor .
