I can't get the pic to attach. The fitting broke off the tilt cylinder of my loader. It's a 200cx JD.

Gotta try to get a pic uploaded. Might have to resize it smaller, nothing larger than 1mb will load. And most smartphones depault pic size is about 4x's too big. It won't give you an error or anything to let you know either, it will just fail to load.
As to the fitting, was it the threaded in fitting that perhaps broke off inside? If so, you need an easy-out extractor and remove the broke part and replace.
If it was the part with female threads that gets welded to the cylinder....it can be repaired by welding back on. But if it's the rod-side port, you may want to disassemble the cylinder so you don't melt the gland seals. If it's the base end port, extending the cylinder all the way to get the piston seals away from the heat should be all that's needed.

If the fitting was welded on to the cylinder it can be repaired. Grind it off & weld on new fitting.

If on a computer. Click reply to thread. Click on go advanced. Upper left corner of icons is an "A" looking icon block that's blue, click on it. Place cursor where you want pic in text block. Then in second row of icons almost to the right end is a square icon with pic inside "insert image", click on it. Follow directions to upload pic into text block. It will appear as small thumbnail. Double click on pic. Block will appear giving you size choices. I use large or fullsize for detail pics. Follow instructions and your pic will increase to whatever size you chose. Click submit reply.

Isn't there a minimum limit before you can post pictures on TBN? Thought it was something like 50 posts. If so you'll have to just post the picture to something like photobucket and just give us the link.
