Ordered skid plates and thumb for my bx-25 three weeks ago and still haven't received them. Wife calls them up and they forgot to process the order but didn't forget to take our money, my wife asks what they would do to rectify the situation and they said nothing, would of thought they would at least sent it as priority 2 or3 day delivery, what a bummer

Sorry to hear about your problems. I just ordered a piranha blade and it was seamless. They acknowledged the order by email and they emailed me when it shipped with the tracking information. All total about 10 days from order to delivery.

Sorry to hear of your issue. I have purchased multiple items from BXpanded and they have been great each time. When I lost a spring for my BX hooks in the woods, I called and they quickly sent me a new one free! Don't judge them too fast. Quality product and people in my book!

I've purchased probably every item that BXpanded and Ai2 has to offer... with no regrets...

In fact, both Harry (Bxpanded) and Tony (Ai2) have personally designed / fabricated items for me...

And then later posted the items on their webpage and sold to others...

Both companies are very small... there not your General Electric, etc... they basically are just small businesses... so, I'd cut them a little slack...

Yup. I have bought quite a few things from Harry as well. And he told me quite a while ago that he was working on a front quick attach for his pallet forks that I bought from him, so that I can quickly take off the FEL and instal the pallet forks. How is it coming, Harry?

I have both Harry's (BXpanded) and Tony's (Ai2) forks...

No disrespect to Harry's forks... but by far, I use and abuse Tony's ever day of the week...

Since I have his quick attach... much faster/easier to just drop the bucket and connect up the forks...

The number one reason I use his forks for is lifting logs on to my Northern Tool 37 ton splitter...

Saving me from breaking my back in rolling these large logs into place...

Well, since we are supporting our favorite fabricators, and certainly no disrespect Tony or Harry, I'll pull for Jery Dunn's forks. Lighter than anybody's, allowing more pickup. Also integrate for use in the 3pt. And his QA is unmatched by anybody with the integrated 2" receiver and locking cams.

I've had good luck with BXpanded. I bought the underarmor shield and Piranha bar last year and was very pleased with both items. I just got a set of the backhoe Fat Pads and the ROPS tool box, took less than a week for delivery.
