BX2350
I'm hopefully within hours of dropping the hammer and closing my deal on a new 2350 / FEL / 60' MMM..

Friend at work was going to buy a Kubota a number of years ago, but didnt' because of the dealer being very unfriendly...

His dealer is telling me to bring my written BX quote with me b4 I close my deal to see if he can't get me into a tz24....

I haven't done much research to date on the New Hollands, although I'm pretty much a Die Hard FORD man /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif and that does hold some water with me since Ford was once affiliated with NH... Crazy, I know but I'm pretty loyal on some things.. And I like the BLUE color /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Anyway, reading the reviews on here, the TZ's haven't had the best feedback.. Anyone else consider a NH b4 buying their BX.

NH dealer is specifically saying that he's had multiple buyers selling their BX's because their loaders where weak? and he says that the NH Frame and axles are beefier, FEL higher lift capacity, greater 3pt capacity and so on and so on....??????????????

The 2350 has multiple upgrades, so I'm betting the NH dealer must be referring to the older models if it's true.

Any thoughts??

I'm glad I've found this site, like the (TheDieselStop.com) Ford Diesel Forum, the communication with everyone is invaluable...

Thanks in advance..

I blieve them to be fairly comparable tractors as far as capabilty. Each might have a strong trait or two and a weak trait or two. I hear of a few more complaints of minor issues with the blue brand os subcuts than the orange. Most are minor issues though, so if you like Blue get it.

I looked at & tested the TZ 24 first, thinking it was probably more reasonably priced than the Kubota for similar tractor. The next week I tried out the 2350 and was impressed with the larger operator platform (more leg room), upgrades, performance, etc.. PLUS, the price was actually less than the NH. I went with the 2350 and haven't looked back - it's an awesome machine.

I looked at the TZ as well, and while it may be a fine machine, I wasn't impressed with it, especially the way the operator's platform was laid out. Also, the dealer I was at didn't seem to like me driving it much, so I was rushed. REad the reviews here, you'll get a pretty accurate feeling about the machines.

Also, I can't understate how good the dealer is, mine is golden, and that can make all the difference in the world.

Good luck wiht whatever you buy, and don't forget to send us some pics....
