Hi all, i own a TC35D with a 16LA loader, non quick attach. I would like to build a coupler that goes onto the loader itself, (Not the part that you weld onto your bucket or other attachment). and i'm wondering if anyone has done this, and if so, please explain how you did it? I really am sick and tired of paying OUTRAGEOUS prices for tractor parts that take little Research and development and little time to build. Please let me know. Thanks, Warren

Depends greatly on tools at hand, ability and easy access to material. Metal prices are out of this world so buying all the little bits is costly. Available tools to do the job are expensive, you may have them or be able to use equipment at your job. Attitude toward the type of work must be positive. Personally I'm on the stubborn side and build a lot of accessories. Bought the tools before I retired but lately finding scrap new cut-offs is most difficult. Back to the expense of new metal at the store. Crazy prices. Some things are just better bought. Good luck with your project.

Google Ezzee on loaders they have quite a simple setup which I have copied many times. Might give you a start. A side picture of your tractor would help to.

I did what you are asking a few years ago for my Kubota and don't see why it wouldn't work for you. It adds minimal weight to the already limited lift capacity of my loader and after these years it still works great! Here is the link to the build on here.

Sorry I think I misunderstood your question. I thought you were quick attaching your loader to the tractor itself

Portaband, hole saw and 3/8x4" or 6" bar stock are all you need for the loader side then buy the 112$ adapter brackets and start welding. I'm cheating and not using the adapters and just having a 7/8 sliding pin for the bottom lock instead of the fancy spring lever setup on ssqa

I've pretty much finished making one myself and I've only simple tools. (Old ac tombstone stick welder, torches, angle grinderd, drill press and determination to learn lol)
I followed the euro global design but only did due to specific reasons in my situation. If you're planning on getting attachments go with whatever you're most likely to get. (Which will likely be skid steer!)
So that you get your angles right I'd advise you don't cut the ears off your bucket until you've got the quick attach kinda built. I often referred back to the stock bucket to make sure I had things right so when I rotate anything that's hooked on the loader it has the proper rotation. (For example you don't want to have your loader in full dump but find the bucket is only flat on the ground in said position!)

You'd be money and time ahead just ordering a set of these. I did the same thing on my last tractor. I cut the pin boxes off the bucket and welded them to these plates and then welded a quick attach plate to the back of the bucket. Worked perfectly.
