Building a loft

Was in a hurry to finish up for the night and it seems that I overlooked something.What's wrong with the pictures of the ladder?. I temporarily used it to hold up my 30ft bottom boards.

It might be a bit difficult to get that ladder out now!

The ladder looks nice there. You can always get another ladder but, once you cut that 2x4, it's ruined.

The construction of that shop looks amazingly similar to that of the shop building I had 60 miles south of Dallas. And the ladder looks just like one I have now, except I think yours is a bit taller than mine.

Yep, that's it, I planned it that way.
Amazingly enough, there was no beer involved. Sawzall in hand to remove before any neighbors come over.

Anyway nice shop ! Are you going to insulate the walls ? What size building yea got there ? And while Im being nosey about how much to put it up ? Again real nice shop Bones, can you tell I want one too ?

I have to admire you for just sharing those pictures!!! Nothing wrong with what you did, but I'd be too embarassed to post pics of it myself. I think I'd lie about it too and say beer WAS involved. Even if I was cold sober at the time. hahahaha

Morning Scott. Building is 30x36x12 tall.I have insulation at the roof now and will test it this winter with a 75,000 btu propane Mr Heater mounted in the ceiling.That's why I built the loft with the built in ladder so I get up there.
