Got this far. any help if I am on the right track.or have I missed the train.

No but you have missed the bucket quick attach. Once you have that, you hardly take the loader off, just drop the bucket off to gain manoeverability.

And once the quick attach is on the loader, you will start fabricating pallet forks, jibs, brush forks and what not, for it.
