Thumb Bucket thumb or grapple

I know a true grapple is a whole lot more machine than this, but what do you guys think about "The Thumb" from The Thumb

I want it for stuff like moving railroad ties, chunks of waste concrete, and basically just stuff that is too big for one person to tote around.

Looks good. And not a bad price. Unless you have a heap of brush to move regularly this would be a great addition. Controls might add quite a bit of expense though.
