Branson 2910i tractor dies while in use.

Old version tank : Left side part# NTE10100000A0: Right says see comments(this is one I need):
There is new version list part #:
NTE10200000C0. (RH). The old version is no longer manufactured .

We took 5/16” fuel line and put one end in can of fresh diesel (by passing tank) the other end we connected to inlet on lift pump. Tractor started but then acted like it run out of gas and died, this isolated the problem from fuel tank to electrical. Probably where fuel solenoid wire was cut out from burn , it we found to be resister wire. We kept wire and will open it up to try and find some numbers.

Sally, when you said it dies suddenly it almost sounds like a safety switch or relay problem. When it dies, can you cycle the key switch and it start again?

This is exactly what my Branson tractor is doing. Runs for 15 seconds and then just dies. Cranks right back up. Y

On you fuel filter have you taken the filter out and
checked to see if its clear nothing can be sucked up
in the fuel line?

Have eliminated and now am shipping fuel pump and fuel injectors to be tested and repaired, the last injector wow not working and the other
