The picture of the switch has the bracket mounted to it already.
and the switch has three contact poles for wiring, use the outer poles and pic for wiring. Black wire was to battery or ground and red was to accessory wire on fuse block, just tap in with the blue connector. I put connectors on the light to for easy mounting and the light fits real nice on the outer lip of dash by throttle handle. light will work when the key is on only.

Can you give us technically impaired folks a bit more detail on how you did this? Can you provide details on the parts you used, name and part number, etc. How did you mount it, pictures are a little dark I can not see the detail.
