A while back Travis and I got into a spat about Ansung posting incorrect weight data about there tilllers, but what impressed me is that Travis changed his website immediately while Ansung months later still is giving miss information. I might of been a little snarky about the conversation and Travis might of thought I would never buy his product but I did, and even if it did not come out perfect that does not mean I will stop buying EA products. Travis, what you need to understand is that we are not here to bash your product, but to give friendly advice about issues to improve your product. We here at TBN want you guys to be successful, we are all Americans and want to support American companies. If I can give some friendly advice, when we talk about an issue like the mounting surface not being flat instead of saying that's our standard we are more interested in finding out if there is another way of manufacturing that (V) so it will remain flat. I think that is what bothers me the most as a consumer that this issue is being ignored. Maybe those extra support gussets should be stich welded instead of full beads so there won't be so much welding stress on the (V). or your engineers can think of another way to relieve the stress involved when welding to keep it flat.Sorry, I do not always have my filter installed and the passion for our business takes the upper hand. Please, everyone have a great weekend. I'm a phone call away on Monday. No answering machines. Just good ole country boys on the first or second ring unless all of the lines are lit up! God bless you all and may God continue to bless our company and the wonderful country we live in. Amen.
Travis
