best tractor

I had narrowed my choices down to a 4120 or 3320 and then someone mentioned to me today to look at the 5103. I was wondering which of these 3 you think is best. I won't spend a lot of time on it, probably 8-10 hours a week. It is also going to be used to move dirt for a motocross track and basic land clearing/maintance/mowing. Thanks,

My neighbor has a 5105 which i think is the same only it has 4wd. It has a shuttle shift trans. It seems too clumsy for mowing other than in open areas and loader work is slower than with a unit with a hydro trans. IMO

I would go 4120.

OK, so no go on the 5103, thanks. is there much difference between the 4105 and 4120? I am doing all my research before i make my purchase.

I think that there are lift capacity differences, and also hydro transmission differences between the 4105, and the 4120, but I could be wrong.

4120 is available with hydro. 4105 is gear only. I think

The 4105 is a two speed hydro.

I would think that the best tractor to buy would be the one that you can afford.

If you are going to be doing loader work 4WD is definately the way to go. Any model tractor will get the job done, but the bigger it is the more work you can get done in a given time. So get the biggest one you can afford and you will have more time to ride that track.
