I spoke with my cement guy yesterday. He asked a lot of questions about what i was putting in there and what i planned to use it for and if my use would change over time. He came put with an estimate of 16,800-17500 for a 6 inch foundation, 40x60.
Call other companies. Maybe thats normal for your area??? ~45 yards poured and finished around here would only be half that.
But again lacking all the info.....is he doing site prep? Leveling? Trucking in 4" of stone for a sub-base and grading? Tons of rebar??

My 36x48 and 40x50 buildings are both very nice.
Would likely cost $120K to replace them both.

They are essentially storage buildings situated on a $2M+ 12 acre water view piece of property, bordering a 1000 acre wildlife sanctuary.
My children will sell the property, and a developer will pay to have the buildings demolished.
