Kubota B7800
I am considering a BL4690B backhoe for a Kubota B7800.

I have learned that the BL4690b backhoe mounts on the 3-point hitch vs. on a sub-frame. The BL4690b also runs off of the PTO and has its own hydrolic system.

I can't find any specifications on the BL4690b Backhoe... What are the pros/cons and capacities of the BL4690b backhoe? Better clearance? How rugged/dependable? Other?

For comparison the Woods BH80-XT mounts on a subframe and claims a bucket digging force of 3,780lbs and a dipperstick of 2,480lbs.

The Kubota BH75 clames a digging force of 3,339lbs and 2,097 for the dipper.

Thanks in advance for your help...

FWITW, I have a Woods backhoe with subframe and like it a lot. Nothing bad to say about the Kubota hoes, but the subframe gives me peace of mind when I'm fighting nasty rocks, etc. The tractor can get thrown around quite a bit. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If you are considering a subframe backhoe, then I think the Woods BH70 is better sized for your machine. I was researching the backhoes for a B3030 (which I plan to get at some point), and folks recommended the BH70, as they thought the BH80 was too big/powerful for that machine.
Some of that discussion is in THIS THREAD
