B3030 delivery date?

Yes those pins are for a 72" mower deck. No I havent tried removing the deck yet. And why are these pins beter than what comes with the tractor. What comes with the tractor has to be inserted from behind the view in the picture. It also comes with a retaing ring that looks like a key chain ring. If you have big hands you will find reaching in the back to insert the pin and trying to fish the keychain ring through the hole a real pain! I think the 60" deck has the same pins but instead of keychaing rings you get hair pins to retain the pin. What I have pictured is a 1 hand operation and your not trying to fish a pin through a hole you cant see. Well worth the $2.00 The pin Is 1/2 inch dia. with a working lenght of 1.3 " Mcmaster-carr cat. # 98485a495

I just searched the McMaster-Carr web site for part #8485A495 and the search returned a 98485A495 pin which it says is equal, but this pin has a working length of 1.5" instead of 1.3". Could this be a problem? I noticed that there is a part #97320A168 listed which is 1/2" dia and 1.3" working length. Same thing?

I ordered 1.3" it works fine. If I was to order new ones I would go with 1.5. Just a little extra lenght wont hurt. The diffence in the part #'s you listed might be the shoulder. The 98485A168 1.3" working length is the part # I ordered. It does have the shoulder. 98485A495 is the 1.5 working length
