B2320 3pt leaks down????!!!!!

Bump TTT for an resomable amswer ???

The answers provided that say it just the way it works are the correct ones. It's a royal PITA. My 2920 just turned 2 and I got a satisfaction questionnaire from Kubota. I went to great lengths to explain the quarter inching valve was useless. No doubt they will change the design based on my input:laughing::laughing::laughing:

I agree that the leaking down of the 3ph on my bx2660 ( one year old) is a pain in the butt when mowering or any time you lift the mower you have a hard time getting it back to the proper hight. I also added check chains I had seen them on old Ford tractors back in the 60's when I was working at the local Ford Dealer... V. T. F.

I looked on the Kubota website at the B2320 and under specifications it shows that the 3pt has position control???? Look on the second page. I am glad I saw this thread or else I would not know about this issue.

Am I missing something since I always heard that the B2320 had position control...not a 1/4 inching valve.

The B2320N has position control. Thats the narrow version. I don't see why they don't offer it on the standard version since they already make it for that tractor. :confused2:

Is it possible to retrofit the position control to the 2320 or 2620 using the 2320Narrow parts? How expensive would that be?

On my B2320, the bucket does leak down over night. Not a problem for me.

The 3 point leaks down while mowing with a fairly heavy 4' King Kutter deck... This was an issue. Closing the 1/4 inching valve gets me through my mowing by maintaining position of the implement.
