B21 fuel injection pump leaking, see pic, how to fix?

Yes do not turn those fittings on pump. Hold them still and turn line nut only. Maybe I should have used all caps. I can't stress that enough.

Thanks all, I have line wrenches I can use on them, if that doesn't fix it can I remove the barrel flange and replace the o-rings without removing the pump?

Is it better to remove the whole pump and do it on the bench?

I don’t recommend anyone going into their injection pump.. period.
Unless you’ve done it before and are VERY familiar with the insides and how it works.
But it’s your machine..
On THAT NOTE..
Yes u/I can lift the barrel and change the orings w the pump on the engine..
Where are u getting the orings.?? U HAVE TO use factory parts..

Thanks, I've rebuilt lots of contraptions and been a machinist for 37 years, I think I might try it, where would I find a part # for the factory o-rings?

Exactly.. ur not supposed find them.. because it’s not a diy project.
U can try searching your pump # for a breakdown.

There are some youtube videos on injector pump repair. There are some very fiddly parts (for lack of better description) that need to go in exact position. Have a look and see if you are up to the task.
