Avatar Pic Fix for new format

When we got a new layout for TBN a lot of avatars went haywire.

I just deleted mine and uploaded the pic to my profile again. It all fits into the little square like old times.

Doesn't need to be small now and you can grab it and slide it a little to the position needed before saving.

I didn't like the 'cropped and centered' option coming into vogue here, preferring to show the whole picture as before vs as if seen through a keyhole.

I also admit some things are too much effort for the reward. Sorry for piling it on, guys.
