If you have your tiller on as counterweight, Yes ,you may still spin depending are you on level or grade.

Chains must be the answer. My 3130 with loaded R4 tires and BH90 on the back is useless on my hilly paved driveway in the snow. It's a good thing I don't need it for snow removal. I have a good plow truck
