I couldn't get the software they recommended to work. Here is what works for me and is easy.
Google Avidemux 2.5. You should be able to find it for free. After you take all of your pictures, plug the camera in to the computer. Open the avidemux program. Under video select MPEG-4 ASP (avcodec), and under format select AVI. Go to "file" then "open". Find the location that shows the camera. Mine shows up as "plant cam". Once you get in the folder with the pictures just double click on photo #1. Should be on the top. It should go back to the avidemux program. Now wait. There is no indication that anything is happening and it could take several minutes depending on how many pictures you took. The first time I thought nothing was happening and kept going back trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Once it comes up, your video is ready. You can play with the frame rate to make the video longer or shorter and all of the other tools. When you're finished go to "file" and "save".
