Annoying Adds

Has anyone noticed the pop up adds that take up about one third of the page and are extremely annoying?

I switched from Chrome to Firefox and it stopped.

Also, I cleared the cache and browsing history on Chrome and it stopped.

Happened to me again today on my Android tablet. Nike ads taking up the whole page. At the bottom of the ad it says to scroll for content. Doesn't work, ad just stays there. I don't know why anybody would buy from some company that has ads like that. In any case very frustrating.

For me the intuit adds are currently the worst for me they take up the entire page and sometimes the only way to stop it is to close the page and start over.
I am mostly using apple iPad and do have a adblocker installed

I've almost gotten used to the ads on here juggling the page while I read but what bugs me now is that I occassionally see an interesting ad and it disappears before I can click on it.

Yep the 2 for $5 Mcdonalds ad has about made me quit browsing as you can't get shed of it for anymore than about 30 seconds.
