alternator fuse keeps blowing

Has anyone had a problem with the alternator fuse blowing. I've changed the fuse numerous times and it still keeps blowing. I've traced the wires and have had no luck finding any short. I've checked the circuit with my meter and it shows no grounding but as soon as I start the engine, the fuse will blow. Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you check for shorting only with the key off? If so, try with the key on engine off. That could narrow things down.

Also check the condition of your battery including connections to it. If the fuse only blows while it is charging or running, then it could be one of those.
