M59 Help: Dealer Wants $6K to Replace the Wiring Harness

There is a pretty good chance people will continue to post to this thread and say “the first thing you need to do is power wash that thing”.

Haha good call. I hope this thread doesn't go dead with the OP abandoning us, but it could.

I'm just a bit stunned that he said he repaired multiple broken wires somewhere in the harness, but then was wondering if it really needs a harness replacement, or how to continue diagnosing it.
