adding teeth to a dirt bucket

I have a Kioti RX7320 And I purchased some teeth to weld on to my smooth dirt bucket but then thought maybe I should get all your thoughts on whether it is wiser to just buy a bucket with teeth or perhaps a rock bucket with grapple.

Any thought??? Will welding teeth put the dirt bucket in too much stress? Or???

Maybe post pic of your "dirt bucket" to get an idea. are you looking for a tooth bar that can be attached or individually welded? what type of weld/rod? maybe post this in the Welding forum? What's the hp of your tractor? regards

Or maybe dentures. Weld the teeth to a stout bar that you then bolt to the bucket. Take 'em off when you just want to gum the dirt and bolt 'em on when you really want to chew up the dirt.

Old tractor (NH TC33) had a bolt-on tooth bar that required drilling the sides. In 13 years I've never taken it off.

New tractor (Solis H24) I bought this. Probably never take it off either.

I do plan on welding the teeth on to 2 pieces of mild steel as there is a step in my bucket. So I will get the teeth to be tight against the bottom of my bucket and weld them on to the 2 pieces solid. I will then go through the holes that are already drilled into the bucket and bolt them on, so if I ever want to remove them I can.
I have a front end loader that is rated at 3300 lbs so hopefully wont damage them when I attempt to dig'
I know I should have bought a skid steer :-( I have my tractor listed on craigslist and if I can get close to what i am asking I will sell and get a compact track loader.
