I bought a weight box for my 790 off an add on ebay ($40 + shipping) and added a grille guard to it. I made the grille guard so that by removing two bolts I can pivot the guard forward for access to the front grille and the battery.

The guard is made from the remnants off the mast guard from an old forklift (thus the radius corners at the top). It appears as tho I can add 5 suitcase weights to the weight box....after I remove the loader. This is with a 70 loader.....I'm not sure if the weight box will fit with other model loaders.

Two pics attached....one in the rough...the other painted.

Yeah I thought it was a factory job as well.

Yup looks real nice, don't think you needed the gussets but they do make it look more HD. As far as how many weights, it looks just like the one on my 4310 and I'm pretty sure mine holds 6, that's how many I bought but only had the loader off once, use the weights for other things though.

Just found this picture, it is 6 for mine, 4 in the middle 1 on each side.

Looks great! The weight bracket is the same as what came on my 790. I do like your grill guard better than the wimpy thing I have. Nice job!
