661r smoke machine

Looking for guidance. I own a 661r with over 1500 hours. It has kawasaki fx730v-as20-r engine. It is smoking like smoke machine and bogging down.

Looking at motor carb side in front of me ^. I pulled left coil wire. Runs fine. Then removed right. Sputtered and barely runs. I put tester on left coil and it has very good spark. So down rabbit hole I went. New rings, new head gasket. Still smoking and sputtering. Old Head gasket was blown out on narrow section.any advice?

I work on heavy equipment for living. Never worked on small stuff like this before. Oddly both cylinders had compression ratings above 70. Before I tore down I swapped coils to see if problem changed sides. No change

Also valves seemed fine. Checked head it was flat across 3 planes. Pushrods I swapped. I torqued head bolts to 38 pnds. New spark plugs. Also swapped new coils. Adjusted valve lash .006. All fines on heads are clean and I usually clean everything few months. Also after I'm over 110 on compression test on each side. So I'm lost. It runs smooth just smokes and bogs with deck. Or is it just tired and time for heads? I don't wanna be ebay tech and throw house at it

Wish I could be more help. With all that new stuff, does it have any emissions that could fill the intake with oil. Seems unlikely to get by the rings. Keep us updated we are all scratching our heads

You didn't say anything about the fuel filter or air filter.
I don't know if this will work but have you tried to run it
it at half throttle for 3 minutes then almost full throttle
for approx 7 minutes? How is the oil? Radiator?

Oddly oil is full. Checked with stick in un threaded. If I could post videos I would but it runs incredibly smooth. No backfires, pops, bangs. I haven't messed with any full settings. Air filter is new

May be way off here
But have you checked for oil in the fuel ?

That engine looks like the overhead valve variety. I'd be checking valve guides and the breather system. It's probably sucking oil through/by the valve stems. A blown head gasket will definitely suck oil in the OHV engines. I don't know what the head bolt torque is but for sure look it up. And don't use cheap 3rd-party gaskets.
