I would recommend that you tell us what kind of tractor you have and describe the problem in detail.

check the couplers for dirt or rust. get new plug in's .replace o rings in the coupler. explain 3rd arm. i think you mean a hydraulic top link. could be bad plug in's.

Are you saying that the 3pt leaks down, or something is leaking on the 3pt lift arms?

Is the 3rd arm your TNT cyl?

jj i think leak off means that it will not hold position. that could be caused by bad coupler,cylinder o rings or valve.

I agree with the leaking seals, but also, the 3pt lever may not be in neutral.
