50 Hour Service

There is this issue which has been worrying me.

I had called my dealer to have the 50 Hour service done and they came and just changed the Engine Oil/Filter and Air/Fuel Filter.
I asked them why the did not do the rest of the recommended tasks and was told by the dealer that due to fact that I do not use my tractor often and heavily I should wait till 100 hours to do the rest.

Does this make any sense?

Does it have the 50 hours? if so I would ask them for the 50 hour service its supposed to get. They charge you full price?
