Price Check 3240 Pricing

Hi guys. Great site, glad I stumbled across it. Unfortunately, there's not much info on the Kub 3240, being new and all. Hopefully, though, I get some responses from people that have requested quotes. Here's what I'm looking at:

Kubota 3240, DT, R4 Tires, LA724 loader w/ skid steer attachment, 3rd function hydraulic valve

Quotes I have so far "out the door" is 22k. I have this from 3 local dealers (i'm in Louisiana), and am wondering if this is high. Anyone have any input?


I didn't know if I wanted to go with 3240, or 3540, but since i'll be using the FEL more than the PTO, i figured physically, there was no major difference, so why not save a little $ and go with the 3240?

I went and got a price on a 3940 HST with QA LA724 loader and R4s, no haggling.
18,715 tractor
4200 loader
22,915 total no tax included

Not sure what a 3240 or 3540 will be, i'll ask tomorrow.
Do these prices look good are can I do better?
