3206 cub tranny issues

I have a 3206 cub and last week it started moving slower in forward motion and it hardly will back up , I have checked oil and it was down a little added some new but still not working properly, it is due for an oil and filter change but not long over due, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and hope its nothing major

I had a similar problem with my 3204. Thought it may have been linkage adjustment so I pulled seat and fender/floor pan. I discovered an accumulation of grass and debris around the levers and cam of the hydrostatic unit. Blew it all out and it started working better. Re-assembled and problem recurred. I was looking the pedals when I noticed that the forward pedal was rubbing on the forward edge of cutout. When I pushed reverse pedal, forward pedal could not come up. I had to adjust the fender/floor position to give pedals clearance. Everything started working again.
