I think this is exactly right. To me, the 3120 represents a nice chance to move into a mid frame machine for those who might be on the fence about the cost of one, but have a need for a machine that size. My only problem with the machine is that JD has positioned it too close in cost to the more powerful 3320. The difference is not great, but notable. Now that the 3203 is on the scene I think it will be harder to sell the 3120 to some people looking at that priced machine. I personally would take a 3120 everyday v a 3203, but some people will go with a little more power and a more sparsely equipped machine.
