3-Point Hitch 300b

i have a 300b jd with no forward or reverse. the clutches in thefront and back of the transmission are fine, the main clutch is fine, the pump inside the transmission shows some minor wear but had inspected by a john deere mech and said it was fine. resealed the pistons on the forward and reverse clutches and still not able to get any pressure out of the forward or reverse test ports. what do we try next any ideas
