I'll guess it was the pump house for a wooden frame windmill. The walls are usually built right on the tower legs, hence the angle.

Cool! What's the reason for the oddly sloped walls on that tiny building?

That is a neighbors farm and I was helping with snow removal. That little building was the milk house that they would store the milk cans in until the truck came. It has a pit area in it they would put the cans and water in???
