2440 john deere hydrilic

I have a 2440 john deere I added a146 loader and another remote you can start it everthing works lift jumps a little then have to run wide open to lift lift or dump hay from bayor

Hydraulic not hydrilic.
Have you followed the operators manual with oil, filter and screen service ?
Is the system using a joy stick or plugged into and controlled from two scv levers?
If on a joystick, what kind of joystick?
If on a joystick how is the oil routed to and from the joystick ?

If your loader has an ind hyd control valve it should be a closed center valve and attached to tractor similar to photo. How long since hyd filter was changed & sump screen(parts key 30) checked/cleaned? Has hyd stand-by pressure been checked? It should be 2250-2350 psi.

my 146 loader does not have a joy stick when I first put it on it would jump a little I put a used 2nd remote iput tee in remote supply tied loader line in thought worked great I could load hay dump bales now first start works fine run a little bit have to run half wide open let set awhile do same please excuse typing not a computer person thank you Danny H

Is the added 2nd remote OEM or aftermarket? Can you post a photo of how the 2nd remote is plumbed to tractor hydrilic's(sorry buickanddear my spell checks broken)??? Does your tractor have the options of hyd hi-lo &/or hyd ind pto?

yes it has hi lo and have to put it in park to crank

Do the hyd's operate the same in both high(rabbit) & low(turtle)? Is the added 2nd remote OEM or aftermarket? Can you post a photo of how the 2nd remote is plumbed to tractor hyd's?
